Be responsible for Franchisee operations and deliver growth through expanding the foot print and franchisee base.Employ, engage ,develop and retain high quality people. Develop and embed a high performance culture with specific focus on capability, effectiveness and productivity.Build effective working relationships with relevant Stake holders & business colleagues across the footprint to ensure high performance and consistent delivery of the relevant business agendas.Lead /partner on designated Business initiatives representing Operations. responsibilities Strategy Drive and enable sustainable business performance through partnering with unit Heads.Support the continuous review of relevant operating models for alignment to the overall business strategy, using all available data and tools to assess effectiveness.Candidate ProfileMust have Significant experience of developing K12 School Franchisee operations.Preferred Proven experience of designing and delivering a growth agenda in line with Business prioritiesKnowledge of change management and driving organizational effectivenessExcellent knowledge and understanding of various products and how to implement them across diverse geographical locations.Good experience of managing P&L operations and Financial aspects of businessSoft SkillsInfluencing Ability to lead and engage a high performing team as well as performance manage Personal capabilities Very strong leadership skills, particularly collaborative approach .Excellent stakeholder management skills comfort with dealing at top team level internally and externally and ability to challenge where deemed necessary high cultural sensitivity Business Development through Business Partnerships.Proactively form credible relationships to influence relevant decision -making and participate in Business Development.Develop Systems & Processes and deliver the Business strategy for supporting new franchisee.Operational Risk Management through by effective compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulation.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
