Job Details

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Customer ServiceLogistics Executive for their Order Management Department. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Order ManagementScope and Purpose Sales administration sales order processing through the whole sales cycle from generation quotations till follow-up outstanding payments in SAP Task involves close cooperation with sales, finance and service departmentKey Result Areas and ResponsibilitiesGenerate customer quotations and prepare tender documents based on quotations from suppliersIssue purchase ordersAssist and attend to customer demands and requirements on phone and in writingHandling of orders internally and externally (ERP system, suppliers, transporter, etc.)Invoicing and follow-up of outstanding paymentsMonitor customer's credit limitsCollect bank guarantiesReporting of order project status acc. to defined reporting structure.

Requirements

Must be fluent in French language Well skilledproficient on SAP Candidate must have profound knowledge skills on shipping business (Incoterms), payment securing methods (LCs, bank-guarantees) Also, consider the Education background of the candidate, would be good if having a degree in International Trade or similar education Candidate must be currently based in UAE
