Have a presentable appearance at the Reception Desk for building positive Organisation reputation.Manage the Reception independentlyHandle EPABX system properly.Attend to all incoming telephone calls and connecting them on to the person concerned or keep messages in his/her absence.Communicate with different agencies / Clients and update their names, address s & contact numbers in a good order.Reception and registration of all visitors In/OutTimely and proper distribution of documents.Ensure receipt / registration/ distribution of all incoming mail and dispatching all outgoing mail on a priority basis and maintaining records of dispatchesArrange for the collection/ distribution of ! all newspapers and magazines, books and materials.Undertake any other assignment that may be requested in view of the efficient functioning of the Organisation. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Educational Qualification of Candidate is GraduateMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience in an organization.Excellent knowledge of English and HindiShould be proficient in Word, Excel and Windows with knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.Should have excellent communication skills and must be dynamic, have a sense of initiative and be able to fit into a multicultural environment.Capable of handling stressful situations.
