Profile description we are looking forfront desk officer or Receptionist who gives answering phones, greeting customers and clients, scheduling appointments, verifying identification and signing in guests, opening and closing the establishment, and acting as a liaison between clients and executive staff.ResponsibilityKeep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Greet and welcome guestsAnswer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messagesReceive letters, packages etc. and distribute themKeep updated records and filesMonitor office expenses and costsRequirementsProficient in English (oral and written)Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Strong communication and people skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsCustomer service orientationFresher are also welcome.Only Female candidate is apply.
