Roles &ResponsibilityBe in front of the partners and customers there by learning real-time business scenarios working with the best corporates in the world across domainsDirectly talk to partners and customers across the globe to understand their learning requirements to build a robust training planLiaison as a strong hand between PS/PE and the client to complete training deliverables thereby getting the best of both worldsBecoming an SME in every App/Module in the MSI suite, functionallyHone leadership and communication skills through constant networking with the best enterprises in the world and across the various MSI BUsWork on eLearning modules which is an added skillset in itself, once masteredConverge across all BUs in MSI thereby enhancing functional knowledge, domain-specific knowledge, sales and marketing knowledge, etc.Take-up/lead accountable tasks that have a very high visibility in the MSI organization directly impacting the growth and progress of the company and himself/herself Mandatory SkillsExcellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)Learning Strategies - Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation whenlearning or teaching new thingsActive Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate timesOperations Analysis Analyzing needs and requirements to create training curriculums and plansProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,and Excel Preferred SkillsGRC Domain KnowledgeExperience in building elearning contentPersonal TraitsBe proactive in resolving issues and to be a go-getterMentor and build a team.Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory.
