Playing an integral role in theHR Service Centre for SAEAO, you will responsible for preparation and management of fresh graduate development programmes and hubs, that our hosted in your geographic region. 30% - Budget, preparation of graduate hiring and development programmes Driver Future Talent cycle activities in the geography Support line managers in BRM process on graduate hiring decision-making Help business manage the annual development budget Communicate with HRSC and CoE business graduate target and ensure HR resources are available Support managers in on-boarding of line manager, rotation hosts and trainer Participate in fresh graduate recruitment and selection Lead the HR and business teams needed to establish new programmes, if none already exists 45% - Delivery of development programmes Lead the development programme for the leadership track fresh graduates Support line programme manager for the technical track fresh graduates Support hiring manager in the development of graduates IDP for both the leadership and technical tracks. Act as programme coach to line managers and support line manager in graduate performance issues. Act as escalation point to HRBP and business leaders, if necessary Work with line managers to arrange rotations and trainers for leadership track Organize and participate in graduate welcome and kick-off and other common activities Terminate programmes at close, post programme and rotation assessment and follow-up and manager handover steps to HRBP 25% - Drive continuous improvement in development programmes Lead or participate in Future Talent Programme Manager network to ensure continuous global alignment of training programmes and hubs. The functional lead FTPM with lead reviews with global HRBP, LPD and CoE to ensure programme content and delivery in continuously improved and aligned to long-term business needs Work with URS to refine and strengthen the EVP to address future recruitment needs. Explore innovations and internal/external best practices in fresh graduate training. Assess them and work with internal partners to introduce the innovations and best practices to the company Qualifications QualificationsEducation and Experience Degree in Human Resources preferred or a general discipline. 3 years of relevant working experience with managing fresh graduate training programmes. Strong knowledge of graduate employment market and youth job trends. 3 years of experience in a Develop & Manage People role (with as a line manager or as an HR practitioner). Behavioural Traits and Competencies Strong stakeholder management. Business awareness in the context of developing future capabilities. Communicate clearly and effectively, both spoken and written Able to work independently under tight timelines Strong interpersonal abilities and enjoy working in a matrix team set-up Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional inaction with internal HR partners
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
