Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the role shall include-Set up the accounting function for the new FMCG brand as well as the plantTake care of their overall accounting and finance operations, as per IGAAPIn-charge of co-ordinating with vendors for commercials, AR, AP etc.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have-A Chartered Accountant degree with over 5 years of post qualification experienceStrong working experience in FMCG brands with respect to accounting, FP&A and product performance analysisProven performance to improve performance of products in market with the help of FP&ASound knowledge of taxation, IGAAP, MIS etc.An entrepreneurial mindsetSound commercial, communication and negotiation skills Take care of the entireJob DescriptionAs Finance Manager, you will be reporting to the MD of the India business with a dotted line reporting to the CFO in Europe and will be responsible forSetting up finance departmentFinancial statement and report preparation on a periodic and perpetual basis - Reporting to the HQ in Europe.Supervision and control of core accounting activities general ledger, payables, payroll, property, treasury, risk and insurance management, taxes (VAT, corporate, employee income taxes, etc.)Preparation and analysis of annual/semi-annual/quarterly budgets.Credit controlling and insurance.Optimization of working capital.Controlling and implementing internal control procedures.Treasury managementMaintaining and creating new banking relationshipsConducting financial analysis for senior management.Overlooking basic HR processes (recruitment, training and development, performance management, personnel administration, etc)The Successful Applicant You are familiarJob Description1. To develop strategies & execute plans to increase penetration into the HORECA & Institutional Sales Segment across the given region2. Responsible for distribution & development of all promotional & brand building activities 3. Responsible for the top line & bottom line delivery for HORECA & Institutional Sales Segment4. Responsible for the training involved for all those responsible for HORECA & Institutions to understand the strategies & the nuances of the segment The Successful Applicant1. At least 10 years of work experiance 2. Strong connections and understanding of the HORECA channelwith all areas of finance i.e accounting, taxation, auditing, budgeting & forecasting, reporting, etc. You have excellent communication skills and are capable of grooming the finance team in and managing stakeholders based out of Europe.taxation piece for the firm and work in tandem with taxation consultantsSteer the finance function from a strategy point of viewWork closely with the MD and the marketing team as a part of the core team to increase the market presence and foothold of the brand
