We require General Manager HR for a leading Diagnostic Company based in Kolkata and expanding All over IndiaThe candidate must have at least 10 years experience in HR (Genarlist)Oversee and administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, safety and recreation programs.Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. Provide information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.Advise managerson organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend changes as needed.Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. Analyze training needs to design employee development, demographic sensitization, and health and safety programs.Analyze data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices. Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts. Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions. Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.Required Skill SetsKnowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation and personnel information systems.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of laws, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.Familiar of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.Aware of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
