Key skills Track record of handling account deals over 25mnUSD in verticals as DC, End User Computing, Cloud, Infrastructure Engineering, etc. Should have 15-20 years of experience in the Infrastructure BusinessAbility to interact with the customers at all levels and articulate the scope of engagementShould be able to interact with infrastructure teams for quick turnaround of any solutions to cater the requirements of the CustomersShould be willing to travel and present/deliver application demos to the Customer Proposal Preparation UnderstandingShould be able to design the solution based on the requirements of the CustomersAccount Mining, Team Management, Co-ordination across various Geos for Lead generation etc.Presentations and Application Demos Should be able to interact with the sales team for time lines, expectations, overall requirement etc.Identifying new market opportunities and developing new services along with practices and LOBs.Be part of lead/ bid qualification process.Working with backend teams to submit the solution/ proposal to customer.Vetting solutions from individual practices/ LOBs.Skills RequiredSubstantial experience in pre-sales and specifically in solution architecting is mustExperience in India/ SAARC geo or in handling large Infrastructure accounts (minimum $25 Mn ACV) is must.Should have experience of implementation in at least two major Infrastructure projects.Prior expertise on Data Center, End User Computing, Cloud, Infrastructure Engineering, Transition, Business Service Management and Testing Practice.In-depth understanding of Processes, Systems, Technologies used in Infra Business.Should have good understanding of contracting, pricing, estimations.Architect winning solutions as part of the pre-sales process.Should have led a business team with responsibility for their performance.Hands on experience in Service Delivery/Operations, Client Management, Transitions/Migrations more of leadership, dynamism.Exposure to P&L Management, Budgetary Controls for a project, Exposure to Six Sigma, ISO , SOX etc will be an advantage.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 16-20
