Job Details

1. Systems and Processes Oversee consistent implementation of process and policy standards across store. Address problems or issues in store under-performance. Streamline the project life cycle of projects pertaining tomodularfurniture 2. Targets Drive sales initiative and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI3. Planning Anticipate delays and track orders to avoid any slippages. Create a process-oriented workflow for each activity of the project i.e. from project initiation and follow up to files being sent to the factory. 4. Financial management Involved in preparation of annual budget, marketing budget, regular variance statements and annual audit. Provides vision of overall financial health of the company. Responsible for the accounts receivables from clients.5. Store Operations Ensure smooth operations of all showrooms (Modular) by scheduling and assigning modularconsultants. Implement technology to improve operations of the company.6. BOQ Make sure BOQs are made by modularconsultants according to deadlines. Make BOQs in the absence ofModular consultants. Cross check BOQs untilmodular consultants have been trained completely.7. Sales Analysis Monitor sales on weekly and monthly basis of different POS and use tools to access the company performance and recommend improvement. Review sales process and perform gap analysis for modularconsultants. 8. Design Overview and coordinate with design department to make sure the designs are drafted according to deadlines9. Delivery & payment Coordinate with design team to get the appropriate designs. Collect 50% advance on order conformation and 50% remaining balance before dispatch of goods from manufacturing unit. GM- Modularwill be responsible for outstanding payments. 10. Customer Care Inculcate importance of building relationships with clients in staff. Make sure after sales support team extends the highest levels of customer service at all times across all the POS. Deal promptly with customer complaints. Make sure clients are being attended with utmost care by staff across different stores.11. Production Coordinate with GM Manufacturing & Execution to make sure the file has been handed over with all details to the Production department.Experience- 10-20 years of relevant experience.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
