Performance against timeline and budget with the responsibility of identifying and mitigating risks that threaten successful project outcomesSolution quality, ensuring benefits realizationChange management and change documentationTransition from delivery to supportAdheres to the Project Delivery Framework (MyPDF). Understands how to apply both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies within the framework. Maintains oversight of project progress and performance by directing and monitoring activities. Proactively analyze variances against plan to assess trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments. Identify signs that a project may be at risk and escalate quickly and appropriately.Applies a structured change management process to monitor and seek timely approval for potential changes to the project parameters from all levels of stakeholders. Develops a clear and detailed scope description and subdivides work into manageable components.Defines, sequences and estimates resources, activities, and durations to develop a baseline schedule and identify the critical path.A 4-year degree in IT or a related fieldProfessional certifications related to project or programme managementExperience adhere to defined project delivery standardsDemonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situationsStrong stakeholder management skills - including experience coaching stakeholdersExperience in leading a distributed teamStrong performer with proven project deliveries across multiple applications, stakeholders and complexityProven track record of managing difficult stakeholders, demonstrates calm thought and varied influencing styles.Strong presentation skillsDemonstrates leadership skills, able to promote teamwork in informal teams.Detailed oriented, able to have strong problem solving skillsPrior working experience with Shell preferredKnowledge of HP Software in Application Lifecycle Management is a plusWide knowledge of market applications in Application Lifecycle Management or Testing Tools is a plus. 9+ years in IT with project management experience Project and Programme Management-Skills ITC Business analysis techniques-SkillITC Business change management-Mastery ITC Project management-MasteryITC Programme management-Mastery ITC Business Context and Organizational Environment-SkillITC Business Partnering & Value-Skill ITC Business Process Improvement Techniques-SkillITC Business Risk Management-Skill ITC Customer Service Techniques-KnowledgeITC Develop & Manage Suppliers-Mastery ITC Incident, Threat & Vulnerability Management-SkillITC I&D Design Integrity-Knowledge
