PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Single accountable party for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing a given initiative2. Ensuring end results are of the highest calibre with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit3. Directly managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with IT partners to oversee all phases of a project4. Rigorously managing scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters with focus on delivering the business benefits5. Acquiring and utilizing necessary resources and skills6. Validating financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures7. Ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement, change and communication plans and interfaces are developed and executed8. Representing the project in various project governance/forums9. Defining and tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan10. Developing the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and other project management artifacts11. Identifying required control frameworks to meet the various assurance requirements of the project.12. Publishing periodic project status reports, tailoring them to the needs of the audience13. Applying Shell project management methodologies, standards and processesPreferably some knowledge about or experience with payments, collections. SAP Finance knowledge is also a pre. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, rapidly changing environment Strong engagement skills, working with users and stakeholders from complex organisation structure (Finance Operations and Onshore), working with senior leaders on regular basisNeed for strong team-working skills in a virtual environment;Ability to effectively engage a virtual team of leaders located in different geographies Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Agile, DevOps) is required; hands on experience working with Agile or in an Agile environment is preferred Key Competences required Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviours will be taken into account during the selection process.
