The IT PM is accountable for managing the detailed design of the T&E solution including build and test through to deployment; working closely with the all ERPs in scope. The IT PM will manage the design team for the integrated landscape including connections to all core Finance ERPs and shell people is robust and has been discussed and designed in collaboration with each ERP SME. The IT PM will also manage the IT Solution workstream consisting of a team of SAP BA Analysts and a Concur consultants to ensure that the solution meet the business requirements and is delivered on time as per the 3 planned go-lives (pilot, pathfinder, big bang..)Organization The Global Functions Delivery Vertical (GF-IT DV) delivers business IT solutions which positively impact the bottom line of the Enterprise. Our delivery approach provides agile and innovative solutions that maximize the value of Global Functions IT investments in systems, processes, information and data.The Global Functions DV is part of an enterprise-wide IT organization where collaborative working with colleagues elsewhere in GF IT and in ITSO is fundamental in providing high quality, well managed and fit for purpose end-to-end solutions for the businesses. Principal Role Items Driving the IT Solution workstream team to deliver key design, build, test and deployment milestones. The PM will also need to manage all ERP engagements being the integration PoC for the new design of Concur into the core ERP systems. Plan and dependency management will be key in managing 15 ERP systems. Produce and maintain design build and deployment plans and tracking progress against plan.Assist Progamme Manager in forecasting IT project phase costs, timescales and resource requirements in relation to agreed terms of reference. Key responsibilities will includeProject plan management, estimation, critical path and resource planning,Manage risks, issues and inter workstream and project dependencies,Manage international team of Shell, contractor and 3rd party vendor resourcesDeliver T&E solution through to key Stage Gate milestones for Design, Build, Test and DeployERP stakeholder management and communicationsA 4-year degree in IT or a related fieldProfessional certifications related to project or programme managementExperience adhere to defined project delivery standardsDemonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situationsStrong stakeholder management skills - including experience coaching stakeholdersExperience in leading a distributed team9+ years in IT with project workstream leadership experience
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
