Lead Global Presales functionGlobal Presales-solution architecting, solution integration, estimation and bid management acrossPre-sales support IT strategy, solution architecture, business development, proposal (RFPs) scoping, business cost justification, risk analysis, business processes, and etcPractice development Contribute to developing Go to Market Strategies, Solution architecture, develop core competencies, develop intellectual assets, delivery frameworks and othersIdentify market segments and create value propositions for these segments that includes appropriate solutions that significantly helps in deal conversionsImprove pre-sales productivity by bringing in best practices, reusable components etcBuild credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat businessResponsible for Top line growth for the organization to increase its revenues, expand its market share by acquiring customers across geographiesContribute to developing Go to Market StrategiesContribute in the acquisition of new logos Transformational roadmaps, solution architecture design, planning, client interaction and management, leverage offshore team, smooth transition to offshore team, develop processesEnd to end presales experienceProven ability to handle bid/ solutions teams and creating high quality responses to large global RFI/ RFP- predictable process, quality and outcomesQualities to lead people, assign sales targets and manage competency development.Ability to conduct due-diligence, provide roadmap and strategy for IT Operations and TransformationsDeep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraintsShould have worked on large IT deals Strong critical thinking and problem solving skillsDemonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership abilityUp to date with current trends in IT
