Manage& support to provide client with appropriate and required reporting and analytics solutions supporting Business & Services achieving their targets by creating new business insights and transparency on revenue, cost and processes.Support a global process expert team conceptually owning the business intelligence environment of the client, globally consulting Businesses & Services towards their reporting & analytics needs, globally driving innovative approaches with focus on business improvements.Support the design & prototyping of agreed reporting & analytics solutions and tools, the standardization and streamlining of reporting solutions across the global companies to add extra value to Client.Supports & manages realization & delivery of the final reporting solution, driving to meet the customer expected services levels in regard of analytics together with his offshore/nearshore Shared Service Centre colleagues.Main ResponsibilitiesCooperate with Business & Services to analyse & document their needs in a structured mannerInvestigate & propose potential improvements for existing & new solutions in alignment with Clients strategyAct as BI competency to propose & provide innovative and efficient reporting solutions and new insightsSupport efficient & sustainable design & evolvement of global solutions based on deep knowledge of customer processesSupport procedure of PoC by means of rapid development to achieve fast working prototypes & customer signoffSupport global realization & continuous delivery of BI solutions in alignment w. IT or Shared Service Centres (SSCs)Support that SSCs continuously meet customer's requirements, improve productivity and provide agreed services levelsIncrease efficiency of established business processesConduct adequate process trainings within GBS as well as across BUs/SUs to ensure optimal usage thereofInitiate improvement measures and programs within the SSC in close cooperation with the Global Process ExpertContinuously scout for innovative solutions significantly improving client's operationsSupport & ensure adherence to internal and external governance, guidelines, processes and organizational elementsSupport & monitor the implementation of KPI in order to measure and adjust processes towards DtI?s agreed SLAsProject & Change Management / DocumentationLead local or regional improvement projects within a defined scopeAchieve operational excellence for designated process area also leveraging Lean Sigma methods & CLNXCreate & maintain process documentation and implement them (in cooperation with the GPE team lead and GPO)Relationship Management & CoordinationEnsure BU/SU alignment & business ownership is achieved for implemented BI solutionsSeek input from / leverage all business subject matter experts from all necessary areasLiaise with Group IT to stay informed of technical initiatives that can positively impact business processAct as key Group IT contact point for requirements definition, solution development/testing & implementation EducationBusiness management, computing or engineering technology degree preferred; Green- or Black Belt / Six Sigma / Lean certification desirable.Minimum language skills, C1 level English, other languages highly welcome.Experience 5-8 years of experience.3 years? experience in operational/tactical business environment, preferred towards financials and commercials in a global enterpriseSound understanding of financial and commercial processes within SAP ERP and SAP BWAdvanced skills in all kind of BI related subjects (data mining, data analysis, statistics, data modelling) and the usage of relevant tools, especially SAP HANA / SAP BOE environment.Proven ability to combine operational know how with analytical skills into BI application/ new insight developments by carrying out process development and process optimization projects in the past.Ability facilitate towards solution as well as to communicate, influence and partner with related business contacts on direction and prioritizationDesirable Experience in a business or service units (e.g. finance, commercials, supply chain, production, etc)
