The PayPal Professional Services team is looking for a talented Global Technical Support Engineer to engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities. As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be assisting our merchants with the technical integration of the PayPal payment products. Candidate must exhibit strong communications skills, technical skills, creativity, troubleshooting, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.Job Requirements Provide technical guidance to merchants, developers and partners in their implementation of PayPal s payment processing solutions, APIs, and checkout products. Ensure merchants implement our payment solutions with a high degree of quality and follow PayPal integration best practices. Identify, troubleshoot, and run test scenarios for technical issues with PayPal code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints, and communicate fixes or workarounds. Generate and review in-depth technical information (sample code, white papers, FAQs) for distribution to PayPal merchants. Serve as a knowledgeable resource to provide technical business solutions to merchants and developers, and to address PayPal product questions with our Sales teams. Participate in the development of tools, systems and processes aimed at improving product supportability or overall team productivity.EducationBachelors Degree Required
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
