As a GM- Customer Success you will need to Managing relationships with customers and laying strong foundation for customer satisfaction and upsell/renewal Will be responsible for all customer implementations in India and MEo Currently there are 15 20 live implementations running simultaneously at large enterprises. Building and managing a team that delivers customer successCandidate RequirementsExperience Ability to connect with CXO level and get their buy-in to implement the solution for business users. Total 15-16 years with at least a few years in sales, account management Should be able to link up IT initiatives to business benefits including drawing a roadmap of how Seclore solution can deliver business value for the customer Worked in software industry, preferably product implementation Should have led a team and should be good in people management Should have experience in setting up scalable, motivated teams Should be ready to take hands on role in a project whenever requiredSkills / Attitude Leadership and people management High customer orientation Excellent communication skills Action oriented Ownership, Self Driven Sense of urgency A Can do attitude to be able to work within existing constraints and come up with innovative ideas that may not be obvious or apparent Executive Presence
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
