EducationMBA / PGD in Personnel Management /HR / IR from reputed instituteExperience Minimum 15 / 20 years experience in reputed organisations Preferred companiesReputed organisations Preferably Utility, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing 1) Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits,compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisationaldevelopment2) Development of HR Policies and its documentation3) Manpower planning which includes evolving new organisation structure and identification of vacancies4) Recruitment and staffing logistics5) Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI / PF authorities, GovernmentLabour Officer, Factory Inspector, etc.6) Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health7) Oversee Facilities and Administrative functionsHR Generalist originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphas empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
