Must have handled a team of 20+ for at least 3 to 4 yearsRegional level exposure (Multiple States) Should have been operating at this level for minimum of 2 years plusProficiency in South Indian languages would be an added advantage apart from English & HindiExposure to Channel Sales & Modern trade mandatoryMBA from Premier B School with 10years of experience and others with 13 to 15 yearsCTC Bracket Must be currently at 12 to 14 lacs.Must be Married and ready to relocate to Bangalore with familyTargeted companies FMCG / Health Care products APP (Paseo) / Pidilite / HUL / KC / Padamjee/ Gillette. Currently working in Functional roles within the ambit of the Sales FunctionShould have working knowledge of Depot management. Responsibilities-Achieve the sales targets as per planSetting up the Annual Operating plans for Sales team across RSM levelEnhancing the distribution foot print both in terms of Depth in Metros and width w.r.t to 10 lacs plus population townsDevelop innovative sales promotion strategies which are relevant and specific to geographical requirementsDeveloping the sales team capabilities and keep the team motivatedNew Product developmentResolving Customer complaintsinternal Customers-RSMs & Sales officers who will directly reporting to the incumbentSupply chain for ensuring timely supplies to Regional depotsProduction Team For new product development & bench markingFinance Team for scheme operations & channel claim settlements External CustomersModern Trade PartnersChannel PartnersRetail Partners
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
