Key Responsibility Areas1. Preparation of long term & short term business plan for growth and revenue generation PAN India. 2. Planning and development of aggressive and imaginative marketing strategies for the company, with a view to ensure market penetration, increase in market share and correct brand positioning.3. Identifying potential Clients base across India. 4. Inventing new business strategies followed by its execution for the growth of company.5. Controlling top line and bottom-line activities 6. Advertising/Promotions/Brand Management7. Retail and Institutional Sales Management 8. Monitoring competitors activities9. Manage and mentor a team of BDM / Sales professionals 10. Financial management of the marketing program including budget planning, resource allocation and presentation of periodical reports.Desired Candidate Profile 1. Minimum 12+ year of experience with good background in bulk drugs/APIs2. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. 3. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.4. Should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and competitive environment Effective analytical skills with demonstrated success in problem solving 5. Dynamic and result oriented professional capable of defining business objectives and integrating resource strengths to deliver performances aligned to overall objectives
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
