Set up calendar, structure of business, project and portfolio reviewsDesign the back-end for effective and efficient business reviews Track and support the review of top priorities of the sectorDevelop & roll out a decision-making process to expedite progress of critical SBU initiativesAOP Presentation to GHB execution Develop and execute the consolidated AOP for Energy sectorWork closely with all SBUs to ensure that AOP is prepared as per the template provided and submitted without any delayOrganisation performance review Preparation of BSC for each SBU Heads and their direct reporteesRoll out and track balance scorecards of SBU heads and key employees in each SBU (upto N-2)Institutionalise the process to identify top agenda points / key priorities for BCM while delegating the rest to appropriate levels in the organisationPrepare the key priorities for all SBUs and track on a weekly basis Roll out the calendar for BCM reviews, Set the agenda for his reviews along with Pre- Read and post review follow up on the minutes and ensure closurePolicy Advocacy Drive key advocacy initiatives with large and long term impact to Energy / industry interestsDrive the policy, regulatory, business and related advocacy matters of Energy Group with government entities, regulatory bodies and/or private entities Draft and submit focused Presentations/ notes/ letters/ papers to Ministries, Industry associations like APP, FICCI to ensure our long term objectives are being considered in the Policies of the concerned MinistriesCorporate Affairs Identify, map and forge close relationship with key Resolution of various pending/fresh regulatory government officials and regulatory authorities who are crucial to achieve companys business objectivesCompliance/legal issues by effective management lionising, strong advocacy and smooth relationship managementCarry out the process of due-diligence so as to proactively identify potential risk situations and ensure their timely and effective neutralisation
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 16-21
