Partner with Learning COE to understand the training schedule and requirementsSourcing Space (Learning Centers, Honeywell Conference Rooms, and Honeywell-approved Hotels/Conference Centers) Create Item/offering in Learning Hub as per the CO requirements Global Materials Fulfillment (Printing requests provided through a global corporate contract with Xerox, ordering and shipping supplies, etc.) Monitoring scheduled trainings and providing enrollment updates to the Course Owner in order to obtain go! no-go decision Coordinating Virtual trainings Processing Intercompany tuition chargebacks Vendor Relations (we will act as a point of contact for vendor to coordinate schedules, cancellations, reschedules, hotel accommodations, etc) Communications Distribution of surveys to participants and compile survey results to course owners Update Process documents on a timely basis. Manage/lead meetings. Lead/participate in RCAs. Be a part of Tier 1 meetings, team meetings, adhoc meetings and regular one on one as and when required Participate in UATs as per business requirements Assist SME whenever required to check Inventory and assign cases to the team, ensure proper load balancing Participate in at least one HOS Improvement team. Achieve all targets set for self and thus help meet team targets. Respond timely to emails/meeting invites in MS Outlook Enable Cross Functional knowledge within the team. Assist SME to conduct min 10% process audits for entire team and report the findings Actively participate in all kaizen events. Assist new hiresQualificationsAny Graduate, Min 2 year experience in HR support (Learning experience preferred)Proficiency in MS Office Ability to address client needs from a global perspective Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a global virtual team environment Ability to adapt to changing needs and manage/prioritize multiple trainings Ability to work proactively and independently in a collaborative team environment Process and detail oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skill Good knowledge of CRM usage Demonstrated consultative and problem solving skills.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)
