QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCEMaster s degree in business or finance with 3-5+ years of work experienceADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Previous investment industry experience preferredPrevious experience with market registrations, cross boarder taxation, or derivative documentation highly preferredExperience in client service, investment operations, project management, or product developmentExperience leading others is a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Fluent command of the English language spoken and in writing - grammar, spelling, vocabularyIncreased ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties including Company management and outside business associatesAbility to share processes knowledge with team members.Strong attention to detail, quality and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and client/customer skillsProven ability to take initiative and work under pressure in a dynamic environmentAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlinesGood facilitation, mediation, negotiation, and persuasion skillsMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Power Point; Access is a plusAbility to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to organize and prioritize workflow and to coordinate the work of othersAbility to maintain updated knowledge of procedures, products and activities of assigned areaAbility to accurately proofread detailed documents provided by analystsFair knowledge of trade life cycle from theoretical & technical perspective PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKINGWork on matters with moderate scope and high complexity; ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectivesWork is generally supervised; follow general guidelines.
