This role requires a candidate to be highly communicative and guide others in day-to-day activities, consistently meet deadlines working under pressure to do so and additionally, present new ideas for improved methods of working and contribute to putting them into action. The candidate must be a self-starter, well-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic about the success of their team. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to take responsibility for the team in the absence of the manager. He/she should be in a position to direct fellow colleagues and guide where necessary.
