Provide the operational, process, quality and people leadership to ensure robust delivery of funds NAV and client reportingResponsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client instructed process change and migration of activities to GPC, GurgaonManage existing and develop new and innovative workflow processes in a complex high volume growth environmentCreate a scalable organization that is customer focused and profitableSet and deliver on challenging business goals and objectivesInteract with internal and external stake holders and auditorsEnsure accurate, meaningful financial data is produced both on a daily, monthly and ad-hoc basisMaintaining at all times a robust control environmentDeveloping a communication strategy that effectively maintains engagement with internal and external stakeholdersWorking with the other members of the senior Global Funds Services Operations team to ensure an appropriate balance is maintained between speed of change, versus operational stabilityMaintaining tight control of all operational expenses and discretionary costsQualifications Qualifications and SkillsHigher or equivalent in relevant subject (e.g. Finance, Investment Banking)15+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions with at least 5 years in a fund accounting and servicing environmentExperience in driving operational efficiency, developing quality business metrics covering unit costs, reporting metrics, internal control statics and customer service KPIsEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiativesExperience in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecastingDeep product knowledge of the funds management, with in-depth insight into how Operations and Technology functions within a global Tier 1 financial institutionSelf-reliant, good problem solver, results orientedValuing Diversity Demonstrates an appreciation of a diverse workforceAppreciates differences in style or perspective and uses differences to add value to decisions or actions and organizational successAdditional RequirementsOpen to work in shift patterns to address the product, people and process intricaciesShould be able to attend product meetings along with end customers (fund managers) and contribute significantly to the process developmentHave knowledge of known platforms for fund accounting, recon and trade processing
