Drive Effective Productivity Savings / Working Capital Savings / E-Sourcing / Supplier Rationalization Initiatives for all xSBUsDrive DFSS / Green Belt Trainings / Certifications across the various processes for xSBU.Ensure that all transitions across different xSBUs are seamlessly done by following the transition rigor and work with the Quality Focals & Site Level Customers towards achieving this.Coordinate with the business stakeholders to determine resource requirements.Use HOS as an enabler in day to day operations. Coach & review maturity in HOS elements.Engage with technology, marketing and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) for productivity and dual sourcing projects.Backup for Site Sourcing Managers(All sites managed)Ensure all cost saving strategies Negotiations, Consolidations, Localization, VMI, etc are being implemented for the sites supportedCoordinate with Global Commodity Manager, Supplier Quality Engineering, and ISC Material team to support HPS global sourcing goals for the siteMore than 5 ~ 10 Primary stakeholders ( Managers to Sr. Directors Level) across 3 SBGs across all Global poles. Ensure that the Voice of Customer are rolled out for each of the processes within xSBU and do a root cause analysis for the customers who provide a score of <8.Interact with business Clients at least monthly, to identify operational issues and take corrective actions.Build strong relationships with the clients / stakeholders .Build and adhere to a MOS structure with clients .Regular Operations Performance Reviews and corrective actionsUnderstand Client Business key priorities / STRAP / Annual Operating Plan and align to them.Build strong Business Acumen / understanding of the Client businessescalation management. RCA and corrective actions to address any concerns . Govern the MIS as per the scheduled frequency.Ensure the updated information is available through right mediums.Tabulate the teams performance metrics for the management.Gather the data on TIER 3 and TIER 4 evaluate and presenting to the higher managment.Summarize the achievements in the team as per Growth, Productivity, Cash, Productivity and Enablers
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
