1. Up Selling Experience2. To Monitor and supervise the daily and additional activities of the restaurant, and maintain their efficiency.3.Managing different areas of restaurant operations such as customer relations, vendors relations, inventory control4.Supervising the food preparation zone, and looking after the hygiene, quality of food served to the customers to ensure optimum service to guest.Handling the recruitment of the staff members, and efficiently handling the training modules and procedures so that to reduce the food cost, wastage and S.O.P. strictly followed.Helping in promoting business through social interaction in community events.Estimating the daily food consumption and placed orders with suppliers accordingly ? Ordered utensils and contacted merchants regarding their supplies on a regular interval.Arranging meetings and training sessions for the subordinate managers and team if required.Driving sales forward to ensure maximum profitability
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
