Profit Centre Management & Business DevelopmentOverseeing complete business operations in the assigned Zone with accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets & executing them in a given timeframe.Strategizing long term as well as short term business plans to ensure maximum profitability.Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.Channel & Distribution ManagementIdentifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & improved market share.Developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers to assist them in promoting the products.Focussing on enhancing product visibility to distributors, thereby increasing the sales of entire product range.Identifying & developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.Evolving strategies & activities to achieve desired business objectives. Training & DevelopmentConceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.Business DevelopmentFormulating & implementing strategies / policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion. Relationship ManagementInterfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.Team ManagementLeading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in sales operations, meeting the individual and group targets.Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance and motivate teams in optimising their contribution levels.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
