Finance Change works across the entire CFO division to ensure that we execute the strategic design and implementation of any major changes to our processes and systems.In partnership with our key stakeholders, we work to create cutting-edge business solutions using our deep functional expertise. We aim to deliver strategic initiatives using leading project management and business analysis as we pursue our goal of protecting and enhancing shareholder value through optimizing the use of our financial resources.Perform business analysisDevelop business and functional requirements and obtain timely sign-of by all respective partiesManage and actively participate in and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycleWork closely with the Users, line management, and IT groups throughout the various phases of the projectApply project management methodologies including project plans, risk mitigation, issue tracking and communication plansPrepare and maintain all project related status reports, chair project meetings, engage other departments and groups, as necessary, and manage all issues and risks through to resolutionEstablish strong working relationships and build partnerships with the Line and IT staffParticipate in testingDocument and assist in training of end users with automated Regulatory filingYou Offer Business Analysis experienceWork experience of 5-7 years + in either the financial services industry or consulting industryDemonstrated capability (3 years+) of executing change in a Financial Services organizationExperience of working in change for Product Control, Financial Accounting, Regulatory Reporting or Risk Reporting systems and processes preferredParticipated in change management or process re-engineering teamProven business analysis skills, including business and functional specification developmentStrong attention to detailGeneral Ledger knowledgeExperience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio and ExcelGood management, planning and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of Investment Banking business processes front to back involvement in managing changeExperience in dealing with senior managementStrong Project management experienceStrong problem solving skillsSoft SkillsConsulting and project delivery experienceStrong communication skills and superior attention to detailHighly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience and confidence dealing with all levels of managementDemonstrated work ethic and possess independent self-starter qualityProven team player with a flexible approach - Self-starter Work closely with the Group Finance teams and related CFO Change teams, and be involved in the execution of various initiatives planned as part of the Book of Work
