A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, or combination of sales and marketing experience, with most of this experience in the pharmaceutical sector (Dermatology and Respiratory ).Computer literate. (Proficiency in CRM would be added advantage).Brief Job Profile Responsible for the development and tactical implementation of marketing plans designed to strengthen and expand the brand presence and drive the achievement of business objectives in India / Domestic Market.Support in the development and implementation of the Marksans product (Dermatology & Respiratory ) strategy and ensures winning new business and driving product growth. Preparing brand plans, marketing strategies & conceptualization and execution of various campaigns.Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions especially Dermatology & Respiratory.Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the Derma and Respiratory product.Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products (Dermatology and Respiratory).Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at various location warehouses including liaison with production (locally) to ensure supply timelines.Support development and implementation of Sales promotion campaigns and material.Manage agency relationships to ensure timely delivery of assigned tactics and that they align with strategy. Follow the implementation of brand strategies and tactics with internal team; analyze feedback, and propose changes and improvements when necessary.Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other stakeholders (for example cross functional departments like finance, outsourcing, purchase and distributors) to achieve product objectives. Streamlining of various business support procedures like online reporting, mobile reporting, CRM etcGives direction to the product in all key areas such as brand name selection, pricing, pack development, promotion, positioning, input planning, media selection, etc.Developing innovative ways to communicate product range among customers, designing promotional inputs to enhance product range awarenessIdentify and launch new products on a regular basis to improve bottom line consistency
