Job DescriptionParent CommunicationEnsure timely notices / circulars are sent to all - staff and parents , after management approves themTo send transport related messages reach in timeTransport ManagementTo make sure that school buses / cabs follow time scheduleTransport route managementManaging transport related operations in Shri ConnectTo make sure that all parent transport related queries are addressed properlyTo ensure safety of the children in school transportTo train the school drivers periodically on traffic rules, children safetyTo ensure bus duty rooster for staff / support staff is followedCanteen ManagementEnsure hygiene conditions in the school canteenSet up required systems and processes to ensure that there are not food related hazardsCoordinate with the canteen vendor on daily basis to ensure delivery of food in timeSet up a canteen committee as a core team member and supervise its functioningEnsure periodic audits at the canteen vendor cooking area to ensure hygiene and qualityEvent ManagementOversee administrative arrangements for all school eventsCoordinate with the concerned agencies to ensure that arrangements are done on timeManage school trips and related arrangementsStay back in the school during night outsProcurementsHandle running and capex purchasesEnsure timely collation of requirements to enable timely purchaseManage purchase related inventoryEnsure proper distribution of purchase inventory based on school needsVendor Negotiation and ManagementEnsure proper rates through vendors by proper negotiationsEnsure timely payments to vendorsEnsure timely deliver from the vendorsHousekeepingTo supervise house-keeping staff and to ensure that all the classrooms, washrooms, the swing area and other areas of the premise are cleanStock maintenance of house-keeping itemsAllocation of house-keeping items to support staffProcurement of house-keeping itemsContractual Staff Management Dealing with security guards and cab driversDealing with contractors for maids, drivers and guardsRegular trainings of support staff and guardsEnsure availability of support staff in the premises by coordinating proactively with the vendorEnsure statutory compliances, related to contractual staff, through the vendorLeave management of support staffEnsure increase / decrease in number of support staff on campus based on school needsRepairs and MaintenanceTo oversee repairs and maintenance at school premise and ensure timely correction of issues-infrastructure related-Plumbing-Diesel and water-Electricity related -Horticulture-FurnitureEnsure upkeep of physical assets like LCDs/Smart boards/Manage AMCs
