Play a pivotal role as the Face of the Company in Retail Management, Sales, Client communication and customer satisfaction?Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, operation and management of the showroom through the team while distributing tasks for the administration of the showroom.?Educate all on client management, customer care, and technical nuances of products, upkeep and maintenance of products and ensure that they follow directions on the same.?Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.?Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.?Deliver brand image enhancing consumer relevant retail programming ? on time and on budget.?Take effective measures in customer resource management and increase clientele while keeping the existing clientele abreast with the new products/ launches and establishing a good relationship with them?Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products?Responsible for Marketing and Sales and work with the team towards achieving top line market share & media presence and achieve revenue and brand objectives?Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model while ensuring smooth execution leading to results?Liaise with the Head Quarters in New Delhi to ensure smooth execution of the directions given by the Directors to carry out their vision in an effective manner.?Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, market research and brand strategy and come up with new ideas, discuss with Director Mumbai and carry out the approved strategy.?Periodically review performance of team and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
