Job BriefPrimary Purpose Maximizing value for all stake holders by efficiently managing and expanding the e-learning opportunities as a profit center.Key Role & Responsibilities Develop business growth plans for SAAS based e-learning by analyzing market trends, benchmarking, customer feedback, media planning, capacity expansion and ensure availability of brochures/ marketing material.Design and execute e-learning campaigns, participate and carry out seminars, Webinars, Workshops, communication, BTL activities to strategize go to market strategy.Develop business through Institutional tieups with colleges and schools. Negotiate and finalize deals with academic institutions and nurture alliances. Ensure operational effectiveness with effective manpower planning/ selection and budgeting with thrust on employee retention and development.Maximizing value for all stake holders by increasing revenue, maximizing physical and manpower resource utilization and controlling operational costs.Build skill inventory and bridge gaps by timely implementation of Training & Developmet.Preparation and execution of budget/ monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales and Marketing Plans.Generate walk-ins/ leads/sign-ups, increase sales for key products etc.Exposure to tools and techniques of online traffic generation like Display, SEO, PPC, email, etc and track conversions of leads generated through various campaigns.Build and manage database of potential students and counseling prospective students. Competitor Analysis and benchmarking and keep abreast with latest development in Industry.Desired Education/ Skills and Experience 10+ Years experience in Sales and Marketing of Education Opportunity Program (EOP). Excellent Communications and presentation skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth and results.Aggressive, self driven and result oriented leadership qualities with ability to handle large team.Good/ Working Knowledge of Business Processes in terms of Retail Sales in B to C interface/ environment.Willing to travel and deliver results under stretched timelines is essential.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
