Effectively lead and manage the rewards, performance job evaluation and manpower planning processes in the business Have complete responsibility for timely, accurate and real time information on the above processes and generate the required MIS on a periodic basis. Conduct analysis of the above data to generate the insights required for planning the HR strategy to leverage these insights. Developing financial performance measurement and target setting systems to support the incentive programs Responsible for the design, review and implementation of Executive Compensation Package Using research insight and public filings to gather financial data; creating exhibits to compare market compensation data to company s compensation data. Serving as a day-to-day contact for project areas including data requests and data management. Providing high quality, reliable information on base pay, incentives, and total cash compensation. Doing salary surveys methodologies by carefully matching company job descriptions with survey job descriptions and submitting salary data information as requested to provide accurate compensation information. Managing databases and documentation for the preparation of salary survey participation and survey refresh by accurately importing information into databases. Providing guidance to team members; developing, evaluating, and mentoring junior staff. Ensure effective communication of C&B Programs to Management and employees to ensure buy-in and commitment. Coordinate and implement the year end compensation review exercise. Design and produce timely and accurate management report relating to C&B matters - Headcount, Staff Cost Budget, etc. Keeping abreast of latest market C&B trends and pay level Manage and administer annual salary review and performance management process Work with Regional offices and local HR in Corporate Compensation Plans such as Performance Bonus, Incentive Plans, Stock Options, RSU & related long term incentive programs, etc Execute comprehensive & effective communication plans to ensure that employees are aware of the total compensation package provided by the company Understanding Job Evaluation, ensure job descriptions, job bands are up to date in the system. Timely execution of C&B Programs and be able to maintain competitive and equitable compensation packages Effective working relationship with respective HR Heads / and Line ManagersMust Haves Passionate, high drive and energy, internally motivated, results oriented Research bent of mind and willing to explore globally for data that helps in building compensation systems and processes which are aligned to the geographies where we operate Should be the Go-To person for all compensation, performance and Manpower planning and Job Evaluation related areas. High level of resilience is required as working in the business where processes and systems are at a nascent stage, and where getting people to follow system is a challenge in itself. Understanding of the cultural nuances, people dynamics and ability to shift gears as and when required Ability to deal with and manage ambiguity Ability to take decisions and risks associated with the decisions Detail oriented and diligent in the assignment. Displays an analytical bent of mind Customer oriented and keenness to deliver results with excellence Networking and relationship building required at moderate levels (too much of networking takes away focus from the day to day delivery on the job)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
