To head the consulting division, be responsible for the consulting business, its profitability and business development & operations. To lead & manage a team of consultantsTo work on strategic HR objectives pertaining to organizational development across client Companies.Keeping abreast of the environment to help align the division with the businesses wherever opportunity ariseAligning performance management and reward human resource strategiesArticulating and cascading a clear and inspirational vision of the futureTranslating and interpreting the human resource business strategy to inform business changeIdentifying and articulating the HR business capabilities required delivering the organizations vision and strategyStructuring the HR design of the organisation to maximize efficiency and deliver on strategySetting organizational short and long term goalsDeveloping Strategic PlansAbility to advise on business strategy in line with changing conditionsResponsible for profits & revenue and their growth in the Consulting BusinessResponsible for Cash FlowFinancial Gate KeeperDetermining our competitive strategy at both the market and the value-addition ends of the divisionEnhancing brand imageSupport the team to develop new business and nurture & develop client relationshipsResponsible for overall client experienceUnderstanding the Vision, Mission & Values of the organizationUnderstanding Corporate & Business StrategyUnderstanding the business process of the organization Guiding the preparation/linking of various scorecardsSupervising the cascading of Balance ScorecardsSupport in Competency Framework DevelopmentFacilitating the development of tools for the assessment of the competenciesKnowledgeable on aspects of Talent acquisition, retention and up gradeAcquainted with methods of development of Career and Succession Planning SystemsSupervise the TNI & TNASupporting the designing & development of Training Prog. frameworkSupporting the designing workshop content & deliveryGuiding the Organization diagnostic studyDesigning and implementing the Change Management ProgramsCascading Change Management ProgramsCreate a framework for individual companiesEnsure employees at operational & support function level have a sense of commitment & ownershipCoordinate with HR Operations to create an enthusiastic & higher productivity environment & ambienceEvaluating reports & publishing reportsDesigning & Implementing post action plan for EOSCarry out customer satisfaction surveyDesired Candidate ProfilePost Graduates in Management and a total experience of 15 to 20 years of which at least 12 years should have been in the field of Management Consulting Excellent commercial and business experienceCandidates who have managed Consulting as a profit center activity would be preferred.Should be an expert in advisory and consultancy serviceShould provide expertise to management and staff on a wide range of complex human resource management mattersShould be proficient in Strategy, BSC, PMS, training delivery, diagnostic study, competency framework development & deployment, knowledge of psychometric tools functioning, MS Office Should have working knowledge of Talent Management development & deploymentExceptional communication skillsAbility to handle critical decision makingExcellent people skills Good management skills with prioritization & problem solving skillsThe candidate should be 40 years not more
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
