Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies and management reporting.Create effective strategic planning methodsIdentify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks and performance targets.Implement organisational effectiveness interventionsCreate competency modelsDevelop team building exercises and workshopHelp employees create project timelines and deadlinesDevelop methods of measuring of performance management aligns with organisational goals.Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.Ensure manpower availability in line with business needsManpower Planning to on boarding oversee execution and manpower requisitions are filled on timePlan and manage optimal manpower plans and finalize talent acquisition budgets in coordination with the functional heads; Drive the recruitment strategy of the organization at all levelsEnsure an appropriate organization structure for the organization in response to the changing business environmentsReview roles, grade structure on an ongoing basis; create service level agreements and other integrating mechanisms that drive inter-departmental coordination for efficient functioningOversee the overall training and development needs of the organizationSupport the Training Head in identifying training needs and implementing training programs for technical as well as behavioral aspectsSupport in articulating the compensation philosophy through C&B surveys and mapping industry practicesDesign a compensation structure in line with the industry practices and organization requirements; Ensure efficient delivery of pay through robust, transparent, legally compliant processes;Design appropriate performance based pay programs to drive employee and organizational performanceEnsure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies and ensure they are in line with industry practicesLeadership / Behavioural Competencies Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives.Strategic Perspective & Analytical AbilityEffective leadership talents combined with necessary team player attitude and spirit with a natural ability to establish consensus among cross-functional lines in a collaborative environment.Efficient multi-tasking capability with a strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex business tasks under aggressive timelines. Must have demonstrated team-working skills and leadership qualities.Strong analytical skills and exceptional clarity in thinking. Proven negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interface effectively with peers / senior management and external stakeholders as well as ability to participate and facilitate group meetingsHigh energy levels, willingness to work on a flexible schedule and ability to travel across different sites across the country. Must be willing to play the role of a change agent as the company continues to evolve and grow in a dynamic external environment.Should possess a core set of personal values ensuring the highest level of integrity in all business practices.Good listening skills, participative style of management and willingness to invest time and effort in people development.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to generate team spirit, inspire, mentor and motivate team members in the context of the organizations objectives and goals.
