Job Details

Need to head the HR (Talent management) dept with a team of HR BP's for 3 different business units.Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance to his/her Operational site management, aligning HR strategy to business objectives while mitigating risk. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and legal requirements.Proactively partner with Operations and HR leadership to support the implementation of new business contracts.Participate in new hire onboarding and induction activities for associates to facilitate integration into the COMPANYS culture.Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS team and Operations in facilitating internal growth process.Partner with operations management team to develop and support initiatives that arise from the annual Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) process for targeted sites.Conduct employee relations investigations as assigned under guidance of leadershipProvide guidance to managers engaged in corrective action/performance management discussionsMaintain knowledge of current employment/human resources laws and regulations.Participate and/or take lead roles in projects, new initiatives and process improvement teams.Provide consultation on compensation issues for assigned business units to ensure equity across employee groups and internal guidelines/practices are followed.Coach managers on communicating annual performance reviews, corrective action programs, handling challenging conversations and reinforcing full participation in the performance review process in assigned region.Support HR and Regional leadership in the development of the management team for assigned business unit/s; facilitate career development discussions with managers and key employees.In support of the Learning & Development platform, assist in the facilitation of, or personally deliver targeted training programs.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 10-15
