The position is responsible for overall strategy formulation and management of HR and Facilities. Build, lead and mentor a result-oriented HR function, including organization structure, employee relations, employee communications, talent management, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefit plans, employee training, environmental health and safety, on boarding, and employee review process. Act as a business partner to the executive team and departmental managers, providing coaching, counselling and support as needed on HR matters. Participate in business planning processes and ensure that all HR programs and policies are aligned with organizational goals and priorities in support of the organization mission. Evaluate, and change as warranted, compensation and benefits with a goal of providing progressive compensation and benefits that attract, retain and motivate the best talent. Drive employee and management discussions to ensure optimum organizational design and succession planning. Implement best practices to ensure that the organisation remains a great place to work for our team. Maintain and adapt company culture as company grows. Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner. Create, implement and oversee processes, procedures, best practices and documentation to support and ensure legal compliance for all requirements and regulations related to employment, benefits, compensation, etc. MBA with a specialisation in Human Resource from a premier B-School such as IIM, XLRI etc. A relevant experience of 10+ years in the field of HR. Strategic thinker & high result oriented. Good Analytical Ability along with strong HR concepts and process orientation. Leadership & good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
