Chiefly responsible for fulfilling the human resource and infrastructure needs of business by partnering withCEO and business headsRefine organization structure to align with the market and delivery requirements.Make right people available at right time by recruiting, training and developing talent.Participate in business unit leader meetings as a strategic partner to understand the long-term and short-term business goals and translate same into actionable HR plans.Act as the senior level advisor and coach leaders on HR issues, strategic and operational people programs.Lead division participation in all talent management and leadership development initiativesPromote internal communication, assist leadership in driving change and reinforcing org. culture and values.Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.Be the champion of employee needs; Improve retention by implementing career progression and attractive reward and recognition systems.Mentor and guide leaders to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential leaders.Lead and improve training and development related processes, to include identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs.Lead, coach and develop HR team members to achieve business plan objectives in alignment with application of the People Strategy.Oversee office management and supervise admin teams.Desired Candidate ProfileMBAHR with 12 to 16 years of experience in HRShould have led the HR function in a growing environment, preferably with a service-driven company.Able to provide insights and recommendation on peopleShould be ethical and empatheticGreat team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environmentStrong written and oral communication essentialStrong at planning and multi-taskingFamiliarity and ability to apply employment laws on a city, state and country levelABOUT ORIGINCONSULTANTS PVTLTD
