Incumbent will be responsible forDescriptionTo acquire new institutionalclients such as architechs, Builders, Project Heads region/market.To create/maintain excellent relationships with Institutional clientsand be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.Graduate, preferably MBA with good academic record ,Experience in institutional sellingTechnical Sales exposure preferredCreating enthusiastic customer base by selling our leading products and services.Planning & achieving sales targets through direct sales .Primarily responsible for the continued growth of sales and account operating profitability within the assigned personal territory, as well as an assigned area containing the territories of other personnel.Empanel Product line with major construction companies and generate sales in the given territory will be of major focus.Understand technical aspect of the clients requirement and provide a product mix/ solutionProvide product presentations and demos.Effectively answer technical and functional queries of the client on the products and services.Create rapport and manage expectations of the client and have continuous relationship
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
