Develop category understandingDevelop consumer insight and understandingEvolve and the Brand Positioning and directionEvolve efficient and effective advertising strategies and Activation/BTL activitiesEvolve and set pricing strategiesTrack, understand and disseminate competitor strategies and tacticsIdentify new market opportunities within categoriesPrepare annual category/brand plans.FinancialEnsure achievement of budgeted sales revenues, growth and profitabilityControl marketingcosts as per budgetsOperational Ensure off-take generation for brand, impacting volumes and market shareEvolve strategies to ensure repeat purchase of brandPlan (& execute in conjunction with Sales Team) necessary ATL & BTL activities at optimal costsCreate and maintain a dynamic, interactive and consumer friendly website which will help build brand awareness and generate off-takePlan and procure cost effective Point of Sale material and collateralPlan and procure Packing Material requirements in an efficient and timely mannerEnsure packaging adheres to all legal and statutory requirementsEnsure efficient media planning and buyingEnsure timely execution of brand/SKU launches, ad schedules and promosForecast sales in conjunction with Head of Sales for Supply Chain/Manufacturing requirementsActively initiate, anchor and monitor new product development/product related improvements including packagingMake regular market and consumer visits to understand trade/consumer needsIdentify ways to continuously increase consumer satisfactionInitiate and co-ordinate MR as neededPlan and execute Public Relations activities for the brand, as and when required
