Job Details

Liaison with customers, Distribution / Channel management Price negotiations and sales of our products Caustic Soda lye and Flakes, Chlorine, HCL, Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrogen, Stable Bleaching Powder Sales planning, budgeting and MIS Long Term Strategic Planning Support Achieve the sales revenue target in the assigned territory, Channel Development and Infrastructure (Distributors / Retailers), Monitor the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions, Handling Dealership related issues and challenges, achieving dealer business plan (for sales, manpower recruitment, funds, coverage, activities). Process Compliance Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes / promotions / trade engagement etc.), Channel Management (Distributor / FOS / Retailer) to improve productivity and sales capabilities. Ensure optimum utilization of the territory by building up customer base / retailer network Increase market share of one s territory. Analyzing the market by collecting RTO Data Timely Collection of the market information such as competitor activities & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Area Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Retail Market Expertise. Must be conversant with the local market & have the Sales Skills to achieve the Targets at the assigned territory.MBA Marketingwith atleast experience of 7 to 10 years in Sales of Chlor-Alkali / Organic Chemical Industry / Pharmaceutical / Paper Industry To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region / market To achieve the sales / revenue targets To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients Fulfillment of Sales quota annually via New Sales acquisition Give business presentations to senior management team To map potential sectors To achieve target plan Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets Good in follow ups Excellent oral and written skillsProficiency in Excel and Power Point Good Communication skills Should be willing to travel
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
