Inventory ManagementProviding an accurate and high quality Inventory forecast supported by Sales & operational planning process.? Reviewing Sales & Marketing historical inputs; analyzing sales pattern, determining exceptions on monthly basis and monitoring demand forecast exceptions and ensuring to address action plans.? Allocation Management Allocating Inventory at store based on the historical sales and future projected sales for a season.? Weekly Replenishment Cycle Run a weekly replenishment and send the stock based on the last 13 week sales trend and transfer the required stock for 2 month cover? Business review Making the Weekly Sales review reports for SKU Level Analysis for accurate Inventory Planning. Work closely with the Buyers and take appropriate action on low selling SKUs to achieve 100% AOP Plan.? AOP Inventory & DOH PlanningPlan the monthly DOH & projected inventory for season.? OTB regulationRegulate the inventory buying based on the AOP inventory and restrict the buying if exceeds the OTB limit.? Collaborate with merchandiser to prepare BASE stock plan for national chain stores and pass on to NCS buyers and ensuring smooth supply chain management.? Identify the Dead Stock based on current sales and Liquidate the dead stock under the budget
