Key Responsibilities1. Develop and deliver the annual operating plan for India for export local, domestic & office moves by growing business market share by volume and value. Develops and delivers the annual operating plan for India for Marketing.2. Grow the local business thru increased conversion and RFQ acquisitions and maintain the margins as per AOP.3. Conduct sales trainings/workshops to retain and develop customers.4. Effectively develop marketing and sales tools to empower the team to gain share, build brand saliency through effective marketing and branding programs.5. Develop and maintain all standard rate cards across all Writer offices for India.6. Prepare and present all monthly reports related to export local, domestic & office moves to the management7. Regularly monitor and review Sales performance on new enquires new client acquisition. 8. Monitor the business pipelines for export local, domestic & office moves for each branch periodically and devise strategies to build it further 9. Launch Writer Relocations website. Responsible for online reputation management and visibility in the virtual space. Create and maintain positive awareness in social media.10. Develop and release marketing collaterals, POS materials. Maintain uniformity of branding across all products and locations. Manage marketing at events that Relocations participates in. Work with the agency and provide brief and finalize designs, creative and artwork. Work with the branches/countries for all marketing related activities at locations.11. Oversee the expat club activities and plan and strategize new market launches for expat club.12. Develop and support all new product launches with market research and market roadmap. Manage ROI s and P&L for new launches.13. Appoint and audit all marketing vendors. Liaise with corporate marketing for any SBU related marketing activities.14. Plan and implement all ATL and BTL activities for the organization.15. Link up Writer offices for enhancing business relationships and productivity with key corporate clients. Promote cross selling across SBU s and service lines.16. Develop, train and manage a second line for key functions within the portfolio.
