Planning and Organization The job holder has to establish actionable sales plans for delivering against aggressive consumer growth plans. Heshe will have to plan and organize in the most effective way their TML, consumer pipeline, and team productivity cycle alongside the day to day task list associated with managing a large scale team. PROBLEM SOLVING DECISION MAKINGProblem Solving This position will be the lead role in delivering the UAE consumer plans and will be responsible for solving complex productivity, incentivisation, pipeline, channel issues. Decision Making Role holds responsibility for decisions around TML, local incentivisation, hiring, team segmentation.
