Job DescriptionOverall handlingof business operations & ensuring resolutionof routine issues. Responsible for driving all state governmentdepartments from the central territory. Need to work with Consultants, Central Govt., Agencies Driving projects and help to drive various projects in different states. Work with local state governmentbodies to create demand ofstrategic solutions and fulfill the same. Must have the ability to reach out and work with the senior governmentofficial in various departments. Identify the strategic opportunities and SIs to penetrate into the above targeted Govt. entities. Create long term alliances withgovernment specific Partners. Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals. Revenue owner, P&L Management. Identify project risks and recommend appropriate solutions. Acting as a consultant to the Government departments and helping them in specking the tender. Business development ownership, cross selling and up selling. Writing proposals and also involved in costing of the project Responsible for payment collection from Government Departments. Manage resource assignment, work allocation and software and hardware requirements for project. Liaison with top management. Assist in the developmentof strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement opportunities to improve processes, products and/or services. Manage strategic initiatives or specific projects to ensure the operating unit is running efficiently, optimizing company resources. Have a strong hold on service deliveryand project execution Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge and experience inGovernment handling and good Liaison skills In depth understandingof large e-Governance project Presentation and communication Skill IT application knowledge Sales / Business DevelopmentCompetencies Required Team / People management Drive solutions & field operations management. Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
