you will be in charge of all of the following activities -TeamYou will lead a team of 7-15 reporteesThese will comprise content writers, event managers, marketing associates, designers and videographersContent MarketingLead our content marketing initiativesManage a team of content writers who are responsible for online content, blog, websiteDraft and coordinate the design of whitepapers, pitch decks, video scripts and moreCreate brochures, collateral, booth designs and other content relevant for eventsProduce creative video content ongoingly (dozens of videos each quarter)PRStrategizing and executing PR strategies, creating content and coordinating with the press and with our PR agenciesStrategizing and implementing event participation at relevant conferences and eventsStrategizing PR eventsIdentifying awards that we should apply for and managing our awards calendarManaging our influencer outreach programsEvent participationIdentify comprehensive list of relevant conferences worldwideStrategy and execution for our participation and sponsorshipsDesign of booth, brochures, content and other assetsEvent SeriesStrategy and execution of our own event series across the countryStrategic Marketing initiativesImplementing other partnerships and Strategic Marketing initiatives globally as relevantWho should apply to the role?You have several years of experience in heading a marketing function for a consumer facing company (preferably in the communications and tech space)You have led participation in multiple conferences and eventsYou have a flair for ideating and building creative contentYou are very creative wrt Product Marketing strategyYou have immaculate written and oral communication skills, excellent business acumen, and a penchant for marketing internet productsYou have the gift of the gab and can deliver effective sales pitchesYou are highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything you possibly canYou are very hands onYou are passionate about building a brand in the consumer web spaceYou are a go-getter and can deliver effective pitches to potential distribution partners
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
