The Head of Process Transformation is charged with leading & driving strategy,focusing on building and running the Shared Services Organization covering Financeand IT. The role will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives includingtransition towards the Shared Services organization under DBSI. The incumbent willstart with F&A but will eventually look at all other processes to create capability tomove to Shared Services.Define the overall strategy for the Shared Services entityEstablish Shared Services organization within the timelines and budgetsDefine operational metrics that are best-in-class and deliver services at or abovethe agreed SLAsLook for new areas to penetrate SSC offerings to enhance the overalleffectiveness of Finance functionEnable scale through efficient delivery structure by implementing requisitecontrols and compliance frameworkLeverage operational & case management data to help Finance improveeffectiveness in Tier 1 support and SAP actions, introduce capacity utilizationmodel through cross training & quality improvement in processesEnsure compliance, reliability and continuity of services by active involvement ingovernance practices, documentation, creation & maintenance of KnowledgeBase articles & work closely with supporting teams on transformation initiativesBuilding capability and competence by attracting, exciting and engaging qualitytalentFocus on customer service and satisfaction by regularly publishing performancedashboards on efficiency and other key indicatorsEngage key stakeholders and internal customers to ensure expectations areclearly defined and being metAct as a point of escalation for Process Owners and ensure timely remediation ofissuesEnsure resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and newbusiness demandStreamline employee experience through self-service stabilization, responsetime, accuracy and inquiry response quality.Develop a strong talent pool for the organization by engaging employees withproviding helpful coaching and challenging roles or assignments
Degree: M.Sc. (Science) | MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 18-23
