JOB DESCRIPTION1. Organise, structure, lead and manage the end to end operations of a leading E-commerce company including warehousing, inventory, order processing and customer service which includes setting up systems, processes and SOPs for a. Product inwards at the warehouse and tally the products as per purchase order. b. Store the products neatly and safely as per product storage requirements and space availability. c. Manage the overall inventory and quantities to be uploaded on the backend platform as well as all the leading e-com marketplaces in the country d. Get the team to process daily orders as per the SOP documents and packing guidelines e. Dispatch the packed products along with the respective courier partners2. Take a leadership role with respect to a. Manage the internal relationships with all the Divisions Heads including Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Technical, Sales and Business Development b. On behalf of the Company, lead the external relationships with the E-commerce operations and logistics eco-system including local and international logistic partners, solution providers and various vendors c. Create efficiencies across relevant aspects of the business including supply chain management and warehouse operations including build v/s partner analyses d. Create customer delight in terms of accurate, fast and cost efficient deliveries including best in class customer service e. Lead innovation within the company and e-com ecosystem 3. Create, build and analyse various daily, weekly and monthly reports to deliver KPIs to the CEO and Board of DirectorsDESIRED SKILLS1. Minimum three years work experience in an E-commerce or warehouse or logistics or customer service industry2. Proven ability to drive metrics and process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment3. Capability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions4. Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. Strong team player, behaves like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards. Strong people management and leadership skills5. Excellent communication skills in English and a local language. Great computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Email.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
