This role involves the following- Defining the sales process/strategy of the company - Building and managing the sales team- Acquiring new clients across the country - Coordination with operations department to manage existing clients pan-India- Handling payment collections - Be a core part of the overall leadership team- Work with the founders to define the sales targets for the company and take responsibility for success/failures of achieving the targetsQualifications required The following are non-negotiable qualifications required for this role- Proven record of a (short, yet) successful sales career through measurable metrics. - History of achieving targets in previous jobs, education- Demonstrated ability to succeed in the face of adversity in the past - An IQ level in top 5%- Willing to travel extensively for long periods - Work experience in a brand-name company with a strong work ethic highly preferredSkills Required- High level of responsibility towards job - High level of responsibility towards clients- Relentless hard work towards targets - Not afraid of rejection/cold calls- Basic understanding of finance and business principles - Street smart
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
